We are in a time of transition.  I advise people to find their actual heritage.   Many feel lost or not connected to the big modern versions of religions.   I did not relate to many things I was taught.   For me, finding my Northern European, pre-christian heritage gave a sense of place. The teaching hit my soul and resonated. I have suggested this to people from many backgrounds and most have found lost parts of themselves that strengthen them on their spiritual journey.

In my work I have advised people to learn of their ancestors.   Keeping in mind some are allies and some might not be.   I do this because to have a clear sense of where we are going we can benefit from to learning from the past, but we can't cling to it, we must evolve it, for ourselves and our ancestors.

We have to move forward, to create a world that has room for all people to thrive and where differences are not causes of war.   Every race, religion, ethnic group has lost to war, in the dehumanization process we feed the evil and ugliness that the wicked few would have us believe is "life on earth". "LIfe on earth" is not theirs to dictate, It is ours to co-create. But we have lost the sense of what we are able to create by allowing ourselves and each other to be herded into pens and starved, being told to point at the other color, the other religion, or (fill in the blank) and fight for crumbs. People give up their power to the bullies too easily.

We live or die together.  There is not one superior God or Prophet.   There are many God’s and Prophets.   But why would the Being, the Energy, The Creative force that is the Source of everything put us here to kill, to harm, or to interfere with the Connection to and Love of the Source.

I believe these so called Gods and Prophets are the embodiment of human ego being project on the Source, claiming that they are the favorites and therefore get to have their way at others expense.   Maybe it is the equivalent of school children taunting at each other "My Daddy can beat up your Daddy" or some form of sibling rivalry, Mommy loves me more than she loves you". Some say it is demons, or ETs. But mostly, I think it is people lost in their own egos' need to be superior. The problem is too many people claim they are way to God or Salvation. But why would you need salvation? For a story made to make you feel bad about yourself, set in a time you don't remember for a crime you didn't commit. Connection to the Divine Creator, the Source of your life is somoething you either already have or could readily have if you moved your attention into the deepest wisest places in your heart. The doorway to the Divine is already yours. You don't have to tithe to anyone or kill another person to find what you have. How many times do we have to buy the same cow to get the milk we already own.

In Catholic school I was constantly admonish for my questions, being told I needed to have faith in what I was told. But this made no sense to me. As I once said the nun scolding my probing mind to be more faithful: "My God has put these questions in me, If your God can't answer them, then that is not my God." Hence the beginning of the problem with putting God or Source outside of our hearts and expecting someone else to open a door outside of me to a room full of what it benefits them for me to believe. I have deep and prevailing faith that the Source, the Divine Creator is in me and no man outside of me is my path to what I hold most dear. The harshes lessons come when I try to go through another person to find my Divine.

This inbred hatred not how any other creature or part of nature works.  Why would humans be made in this destructive, dehumanizing and violent manor?   So we are either an experiment that the Source of Creation might rethink or we are making Gods in our image to suit our egos.   Either way, we are on warning that this can not continue.  So we pretty much better get our creation headed in a better direction.  A new humanity on earth.   Because the earth is fine without us.  She can clearly rid herself of us when she is done with our nonsense and hope that the next residents of her gorgeous globe are better citizens than we were. A few millenia free from humans would be like a parent taking a relaxing weekend away from a house full of hangry toddlers.

To do this we can start with understanding that while each human has undeniable rights, we must learn to exercise our rights without impeding the rights of others.   That equitable is not sameness but equitable rights to be able to thrive in a relatively fair world.   No one person is so entitled to havingness that they are exempt from providing fairly for those the enable them to have.

In the world that is ours to create the human consciousness must become more humane.  To ourselves and to each other.

We must understand that this is not an answer found in a political system, a religion, or an economic system.   This is an answer found inside each single human being, and extending to the whole.  Those who have played the rolls of a victim must stand up and participate just as those who have been privileged must seek to create equity.  In the world we must create to save ourselves from our own destruction, each person must play on the team, and no one has the luxury of taking an assigned role then complaining about.  Personal responsible for yourself and the collective of humanity are interwoven and inextricable.

Great Orators, Wise people, and humble teachers have told us, there is no solution from with-in the problem.

`

Reread that:

There is NO solution from within the problem.

Unless we let go of what we cling to there is no answer.

As long as use the tools of the past, we will have the problems of the past.

We must individually and collectively face our shadows, toxic positivity is just hiding from the shadow in a more cheerful way that our parents and grandparents did.

We must connect with and honor the old ways, we must also evaluate ourselves and the old ways, and we must decide how we go forward.

Join me.

Love,

Naomi

Authors note:   I have been told I am connected to the Norns, aka the Fates for a long time.   Being brought up in a Catholic American home, and having been adopted I had struggles with a cultural identity.  Through DNA analysis I found my connections.  This opened up doors and explained why I was drawn to the Lands and Cultures around the North Sea with side trips to Ireland and Wales.   Some Italian got in there, this shows up in my love of Mediterranean food.

In meditation, dream work, messages from other connected folks, I have come to my self in this Norse practice, it feels alive and my bones feel at home.   In agreement I listen to and provide messages from those that guide me.
